Why did my initial payment method disappear after a failing charge?

It might happen that a payment fails due to several interaction reasons. Sometimes the denial management system might black list a certain payment method based on certain interaction reasons which causes this payment method to disappear from the initial LIST.

For example, if a payment fails with interaction TRY_OTHER_NETWORK then this means that the customer should choose a different network (method). The previously attempted method is removed from the LIST. Reload it, so that the method will not be present anymore.

Moreover, in this case, if you check the JSON Raw Details of the corresponding CHARGE in the Transaction Monitor, you can see as additional attribute as follows:

"denialHandlingState" : {
      "blacklistedNetworks" : [ "VISA" ]
